"What is a workshop anyway?"

Workshops are thinking spaces in which participants struggle to find common ideas and solutions - no matter if on site or in virtual space

So we started to rethink workshops not be bound at a real space like a concrete room. It is more like putting all participants in a more abstract thinking space.

Why shouldn't it be even possible to distribute this joint thinking space over time - thus making the workshop more asynchronously.
